Seniors 55 Plus

Lennox & Addington’s Seniors Outreach 55 Plus Program offers fitness activities, social programs, and events for older adults 55 years or older, living within in L & A County. Participation requires a membership. Once membership is obtained there are additional fees for programming.

Seniors Center Without Walls

What is a Seniors’ Centre Without Walls? A Seniors’ Centre Without Walls (SCWW) is as simple as just picking up your telephone!
Through the use of multi-person phone calls, SCWW provides the opportunity for participants to join in on health and wellness seminars, educational lectures, brain-stimulating activities, listen to live musical entertainment, join in on general conversations, and make new and meaningful friendships – all from the comfort of home!  It works just the same as attending a class or a lecture at the Centre, but instead, it is facilitated over the telephone. 

Additional Offerings

Lennox & Addington’s Seniors Outreach 55 Plus Program also offers assistance with income tax services, and Financial Assistance Loans for eye glasses, hearing aids, dental work and dentures (conditions apply.) Don’t forget, we also have Reflexology and it’s an hour of absolute bliss.
