Lennox and Addington Seniors Outreach Services (L&ASOS) is looking for an Activities Director to start immediately. The Activities Director will carry out the following responsibilities:
• Plan, develop and implement a daily program of physical, social, therapeutic,
recreational and event-based activities for our Seniors Centre.
• Facilitate new programs and activities.
• Coordinate marketing for activities.
• Confirm daily activities with volunteers and paid instructors.
• Maintain paid instructors’ hours every month.
• Provide support to volunteers and paid instructors and assist with decision-making and
conflict solving.
Qualifications:
• Recognized post-secondary education in volunteer management, administration, health or social services or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years related experience
• Immunization must be confirmed for 2 COVID vaccines
