You can sign up for a membership with Lenox and Addington Seniors Outreach Services by completing the form below. Once you have submitted the form someone from L&A SOS will call you at the phone number you provide to go over the next steps with you, provide you with payment options and explain the options for signing up for various activities.
Cost for a 1-year membership is $40 for one person or $75 for the household.
